WHO IS JESUS CHRIST?

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. Isaiah 9: 6-7
Many people will acknowledge Jesus Christ as a good man, a great teacher, or even a prophet of God. These things are definitely true of Jesus, but they do not fully define who He truly is. The Bible tells us that Jesus is God in the flesh, God in human form (see John 1:1, 14). God came to earth to teach us, heal us, correct us, forgive us—and die for us! Jesus Christ is God, the Creator, the sovereign Lord.
And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21
WHY WE NEED A SAVIOR?
We all have sinned against God and after Adam and Eve sinned-all people were born with the law of sin in them-our wild nature that cannot be tamed. We need a Savior because we have ignored the commandments, and live according to our will and not the word of God. We are lost and follow the desires of our hearts, we sin and lean on our own understanding.

Only the blood of Jesus can satisfy God's wrath against sin because Jesus was the perfect sacrifice-the Lamb that was slain before the foundations of the earth-He knew we'd sin so He agreed to be slain before He laid the foundations of the earth. All who call on the name of Jesus will be saved, without Him in our lives we would face destruction.
